My Little Potty Girl

Well, she might have waited until 7 months to roll from back to front, 12 mths to walk and 18 mths to put two and three words together, but by golly, Sophia is pooping and pee-peeing on the potty. And not just the potty, but the adult potty with the Dora seat!(I hated having to clean out the little baby potties). She is quite a mess now, at almost 22 mths. She still says No! all the time. Now, instead of calling my Dad "Pa", she calls him "Paul" and really enuciates the "l", so it sounds like Paula. He's not a fan. She colors a lot and loves her books, esp "Llama, Llama". She likes to color a little on each page of the coloring book, which drives her Big Sis crazy. She loves to scold us by saying Ma'MA! and DadDEE and ElLAH! Its so cute. She still cries instantly when Big Daddy says "No, Ma'm." She isn't eating much other than pasta dishes. She still has the binkie at bedtime and is in love with her doll, "MARMEE" (Mary) She insists on Milk with her potty time and I must say it helps. Enjoy the pics!

Cut... anyone?

It was time. Sophia had her first haircut tonight. It was not fun and she had to be seriously distracted. But, the lollipop was worth it..I'm sure. A few weeks ago I told Ella that if she didn't stop chewing on her hair, I would cut it. Tara told me one day she kept chewing on it and told her- this way my Mommy will cut my hair! The day after the cut, she told me we needed to go back to the shop b/c her hair had already grown!
